THE LONELY TOGETHER is a universal dream rock band from Edinburgh, Scotland.
Songwriter, Mike Baillie’s aptly-named 4-piece specialize in heartfelt, emotive arrangements that take listeners on a stirring journey through hope and melancholy, as exquisitely showcased on 2021's ‘Everything Viewed Backwards Through The Rearviewmirror’ and 2022's ‘Endless Sunset Oblivion’.

The Jace James Trio is the now viral brainchild of NY based producer/composer Jace James. With its videos now exceeding 2 million views worldwide in the past 30 days on Instagram, the Jace James Trio continues to build excitement for its debut album release on October 23, 2026.
The Trio consists of Jace James on keys, Matt Spencer on drums and Justin Hahn on bass and trombone. With each member adding their own special vibe to the individual tracks, the Jace James Trio’s self-titled debut album is a perfectly balanced example of what Jazz Fusion music is today.

Consider The Source
Instrumental progressive rock trio Consider the Source has been honing in on their unique sci-fi fusion sound for over a decade, but it is with their 2024 release, “The Stare” that their sonic vision is fully realized. Produced by David Prater (Dream Theater, Firehouse), the 5-song album reveals more of the heavy metal influence the band has always had while also including the improvisational and cultural elements they have become synonymous with. This new collection of material certainly showcases their cutting edge instruments and technical virtuosity but the focus here is on the songs, chock full of catchy riffs and melodies ranging from delicate and heartfelt to full on headbanger’s ball.
CTS have performed in a half-dozen countries across three continents. They have shared the stage with a wide variety of artists, including: Victor Wooten, King Crimson Projekt, Wyclef Jean, Ozric Tentacles, Soulive, The Disco Biscuits, Rusted Root, Papadosio, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Wayne Krantz, TAUK, Spafford and many others. The Jon Bates Band featuring Steve Riddick is an extended family of musical talent that performs an inspired eclectic mix of classic Rock n’ Soul, Jazz, Country, Ballads, and popular gems covering multiple genres from the 1940’s to the 2020’s.
Steve Riddick (Vocalist) is as authentic as it gets! Renowned music critic Rickey Wright described Steve as “the real deal old school soul master, who takes full ownership of every song he sings and makes you feel it to your core!” Steve began his professional career as the lead vocalist in several elite regional NY-basedR&B, Pop, Gospel groups, and has performed throughout the US and abroad ever since. His recording and performance credits run the gamut and include sharing stages with a wide range of luminaries, from jazz trombonist Roswell Rudd to the legendary R&B soul group “The O’Jays”, Bo Diddley, Roberta Flack, Jeffrey Osborne, and many others.
Jon Bates (Drums/Percussion) has established a very solid track record as a bandleader, music contractor, drummer and percussionist over an almost 50-year career. He has been the production coordinator for many worldwide music events, presenting a Who’s Who of music royalty in numerous renditions of “The Floating Jazz Festival”, “The Blues Cruise”, and many other highly acclaimed festival events aboard luxury cruise ships around the world, while also performing with such notables as Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Buddy Guy, Albert Collins, Dr. John, Astrud Gilberto and others.
Ken McGloin (Guitar) has been a working musician since the age of 14, able to play many styles with an authentic feel and appreciation for what makes each valid in its own way. He is the Director and Guitar-Bass- Ukulele instructor at The Poughkeepsie Day School in Poughkeepsie, NY and runs their Summer Jazz Camp program. Ken has led bands ranging from swing to hip-hop, folk to funk, and his “hard-core alternative” band, Lunchmeat, played the main stage at the 1994 25 th Anniversary Woodstock Festival. He is the guitarist and musical director for the internationally acclaimed “Face The Music” - www.facethemusicblues.com - which presents innovative team building programs, using music to inspire and enhance the performance of corporate management and sales teams, administrators, researchers, and ranking professionals at Fortune 500 companies around the globe, and his music has been featured on many popular shows, including; The Real World; (MTV) "Road Rules" (MTV), “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, and the ESPN network.
Kendall Buchanan (Bass) is a highly sought after bassist, who has built an impressive resume of musical performances at such venues as The Urban Arts Corp in New York City, Medgar Evers College, Avery Fisher Hall, the JVC Jazz Festival, and The Ed Sullivan Theater. He performed in the original band for Tony Award nominated Vinnette Carroll’s musical “When Hell Freezes Over, I’ll Skate”. He recorded and toured the world extensively with jazz guitar legend Sonny Sharrock, and has been a member of the prolific World Music jam band, SUNDAD, since 2018, as well as consistently collaborating on many other exciting musical projects and endeavors.

Steve Gunn
Steve Gunn returns to The Grand by popular demand on November 5.
Steve Gunn has been at the vanguard of American experimental and guitar-oriented rock music for over a decade. Following a trio of acclaimed albums on Matador Records, Gunn will release his seventh studio album, Daylight Daylight, on November 7 via No Quarter—his first in four years, and a testament to an artist still moving forward with purpose and vision.
This past August, Gunn released Music for Writers, his first official solo instrumental album, on Three Lobed Recordings. The release highlights his ongoing exploration of tone, atmosphere, and composition.
Spanning a wide range of collaborations and influences, Gunn’s career includes a rich body of solo, duo, and ensemble recordings on labels such as Three Lobed Recordings, Paradise of Bachelors, and RVNG. His work continues to mark major milestones in contemporary guitar music and innovative songwriting. Even after more than a decade, Gunn is still moving along—shaping his influences into a unique and ever-evolving output.

Laura Cantrell
In her 26-year career, Cantrell has explored many facets of a musical life: singer-songwriter, touring musician, radio host (she is currently the host of “Dark Horse Radio,” a program devoted to George Harrison on SiriusXM’s The Beatles Channel). Since 2000, Cantrell has released six studio albums and a compilation of live performances on the BBC. She has toured extensively in the US, UK and Ireland, and was a favorite of pioneering British DJ John Peel, who called her first album,Not The Tremblin’ Kind, “my favorite record of the last ten years, and possibly my life.”
Cantrell’s music has been celebrated in the press, including features in The New York Times, O magazine, Elle, The Wall Street Journal, The Sunday Times of London, and Maverick magazine.Cantrell’s music has been featured on NPR’s “All Things Considered,” “On Point” and “WeekendEdition” and the BBC’s Women’s Hour. She has performed on A Prairie Home Companion, “Mountain Stage,” and the Grand Old Opry, and appeared on the television programs LateNight With Conan O’Brien, and BBC One’s The Andrew Marr Show.
Cantrell continues, “Reflecting on it now, Humming became the end of an early chapter – we found out I was pregnant with my daughter Isabella after a run of shows on the West Coast in October of 2005 – she was born in 2006. And Jeremy had just created Outlaw Country at Sirius in 2004 and was building that. Our time of flying across the Atlantic four times a year and crisscrossing the UK in splitter vans hit a natural pause as we shifted focus to our daughter, and the next 20 years flew by. I think Jeremy (who passed away in 2024) would be pleased to see Humming By The Flowered Vine remembered on its 21st birthday, and I’m proud of it and the work we did together in this chapter of our musical lives.”
She makes her Grand Debut on November 13 with a trio.

He's appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Late Show with David Letterman, Conan and Late Night with Seth Meyers.
His acting credits include the feature films The Wrestler and Road Trip. He has also starred in several television series such as Flight of the Concords, Chappelle's Show, Spin City, Sex and the City and many more. You may have heard his voice on the animated series Bob’s Burgers, Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Todd is also the author of the critically-acclaimed 2017 travel memoir Thank You For Coming To Hattiesburg.

Sasha Dobson is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and jazz legacy who just released her captivating new single, "This Time." The daughter of Bay Area jazz icons Smith and Gail Dobson, Sasha was featured at the Monterey Jazz Festival at age 12 before moving to New York at 17 to pursue her career. Well-known for her collaborative projects—most notably the trio Puss n Boots alongside Norah Jones and Catherine Popper—Sasha surprised the world with her debut album, Modern Romance, showcasing her evolution into a formidable guitarist and songwriter.
Over her dynamic career, Sasha has opened for Willie Nelson and Neil Young, featured at Farm Aid, and shared stages with icons like Wilco, Mavis Staples, and Cat Power. Her television appearances include The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Show with David Letterman, and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. For the past two years, she has toured as a guitarist and backup vocalist for Norah Jones. Melomane
MELOMANE is a cinematic chamber-pop ensemble from New York City blending art-rock energy with lush, orchestral textures. Led by singer-songwriter Pierre de Gaillande, the group’s sound has drawn comparisons to Belle and Sebastian, Elvis Costello, and Stereolab, earning praise from Rolling Stone, Magnet, and The Village Voice.
A fixture of the NYC indie scene, Melomane has performed at Joe’s Pub, Mercury Lounge, and BAM Café, toured widely across Europe, and even represented the U.S. in a 2006 embassy-sponsored tour of Russia. Their songs have appeared on Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations and HBO’s Real Sex.
Their latest EP, Look Out!, recorded partly in the Pyrenees, finds the band at its most electrifying—combining sharp political lyricism with sweeping arrangements and cinematic flair. As LucidCulture put it, Melomane is “living proof that epic grandeur can be synonymous with great fun.”

Ophira Eisenberg is a Standup Comedian, Writer, and Podcast Host (NPR, CBS, The Moth, HBO, Comedy Central, iHeart) who headlines theaters and comedy venues across the world, tours regularly with the Moth Mainstage, and hosts the weekly parenting-comedy podcast Parenting is a Joke (Webby Finalist for Best Host). Her new comedy special, produced by Lewis Black/Stark Raving Black Productions, will be streaming in Spring 2026.
She also hosted NPR’s trivia comedy show Ask Me Another for 9 years. Her breakout memoir Screw Everyone: Sleeping My Way to Monogamy (Seal Press) has been optioned for a television series, and her solo show Leaving A Mark: A Comedy About Scars won Women in the Arts & Media Award for Solo Show Scripts.

Phineas & The Lonely Leaves
Phineas and the Lonely Leaves is a Peekskill–based original band formed by high school friends who never stopped writing and playing together.
Centered on thoughtful, story-driven songs with roots in Americana, folk, and rock, the band pairs a deep catalog of original music with a selective handful of classic songs that fit the same spirit. They’ve held a monthly residency in Peekskill for over 15 years, building a loyal local following, and have been featured performers at both the Hudson Valley Irish Fest and the Pleasantville Music Festival.

Cousin Oven is the Brooklyn-based rock band led by frontman, Owen Bologna. Sotto Voce has been the moniker for Pittsburgh native Ryan Gabos's homespun musical project since 2011. Recording nearly every note in whatever small space he calls his bedroom at any given time, he catalogues his personal brand of songcraft built on the result of his influences, including Jim O'Rourke, The Sea and Cake, Deerhoof, and Joan of Arc. Sotto Voce operates live as a band with bassist Justin Gonzales and drummer Ryan Hopper. Of latest album—2026's The Sound of Trying—PopMatters says it "suggests a sort of Todd Rundgren in Brooklyn vibe, marrying the lo-fi, DIY aesthetics of bedroom pop with a musical mind that never seems to run out of good ideas."

Candied Rose: Jennie Colabatistto & Anthony Gach
Singer/songwriters Anthony Gach and Jennie Colabatistto are excited to premier their original music and interpretations of classics at a beautiful new music venue the Grand in Croton on Hudson with their duo Candied Rose. Jennie (vocals) and Anthony (acoustic guitar and vocals) have been singing and playing professionally in their own projects in the Hudson Valley for the past ten plus years. Now joining forces, the duo brings together Jennie's Jazz and Soul vocal influence with Anthony's multifaceted compositional style. Drawing influences from the classic jazz standard mixed with the songwriting styles of Willie Nelson and Hank Williams, Candied Rose seamlessly blends folk, jazz, blues, and soul music to create a fresh acoustic sound.

Lovehoney
New York-based band Lovehoney blends 60's-inspired psychedelic rock and 70's-inspired hard rock — with flashes of retro soul and r&b — while cooking up a sound that draws from blues, punk, and garage rock.
The band was formed in 2015 by Alysia Quinones (vocals), Tom Gehlhaus (drums), and Tommy White (guitar). They released a handful of eclectic EPs from 2017-2020 before releasing their hard-rocking debut album in 2021. In 2022, bassist Meghan Rose joined their live performance lineup.
2025 saw the release of their long awaited follow-up album with sounds that are "drenched in reverb and surfing a blurred, psychedelic wave" (Julian Marszalek, Classic Rock Magazine).
