Sasha Dobson is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and jazz legacy who just released her captivating new single, "This Time." The daughter of Bay Area jazz icons Smith and Gail Dobson, Sasha was featured at the Monterey Jazz Festival at age 12 before moving to New York at 17 to pursue her career. Well-known for her collaborative projects—most notably the trio Puss n Boots alongside Norah Jones and Catherine Popper—Sasha surprised the world with her debut album, Modern Romance, showcasing her evolution into a formidable guitarist and songwriter.

Over her dynamic career, Sasha has opened for Willie Nelson and Neil Young, featured at Farm Aid, and shared stages with icons like Wilco, Mavis Staples, and Cat Power. Her television appearances include The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Show with David Letterman, and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. For the past two years, she has toured as a guitarist and backup vocalist for Norah Jones. Her upcoming album was recorded at The Loft (Wilco’s private studio) with producer Tom Schick, kicked off by the release of "This Time."backed by an all-star band Jeff Hill (Rufus Wainwright, Elle King) on bass, and Brian Chase (of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs) on drums.
